Top 10 SEO Agencies in Lebanon

The Best SEO Agencies in Lebanon: An Honest 2026 Shortlist

Top 10 SEO Agencies in Lebanon

Table of Contents

Six agencies in Lebanon can show real, current evidence that search engine optimization is something they actually do rather than something they list: 3rd Screen Digital, Bluemoon, Fatcowdigital, Hovi Digital Lab, Microbits and Nascode. They are listed alphabetically, not ranked.

That number is deliberately not ten. We audited every agency that appeared on the previous version of this article, and several of them turned out to have no SEO evidence at all behind the word on their services page. One had not published anything since 2018. Padding a shortlist to a round number is how these articles stop being useful, so we stopped at the point where the evidence stopped.

Before you read further: Fatcowdigital publishes this article and appears in the list. How we handled that is in the next section.

How We Chose, and the Bar We Set

Everything here comes from public sources: each agency’s own website, their profiles on Clutch, DesignRush, Sortlist and TechBehemoths, their LinkedIn pages, and independent press where it exists.

To appear in the shortlist an agency had to clear three tests.

  • It had to be trading now. Domain resolving and serving, with dated activity in the last twelve months. This is not a formality. One agency on the previous list has a homepage last modified in January 2022 and a footer still reading 2020, and another’s site did not respond at all.
  • SEO had to be evidenced, not listed. A dedicated service page, SEO case studies, published SEO content, or a directory service mix that gives search a real share. The word “SEO” sitting in a LinkedIn specialties field is not evidence, and several well-known Lebanese agencies fail on exactly that point.
  • Claims had to be checkable. Where an agency’s own site and the directories disagreed on team size or founding year, we left the fact out rather than pick the flattering version. A logo on a client wall is not a client; only names carried by a case study or an explicit written claim appear here.

On our own inclusion: we are a Lebanese agency that does SEO, so leaving ourselves out would be its own distortion. We are in the list in alphabetical position, held to the same three tests, with a limitation stated as plainly as everyone else’s. Weight our entry however you think is fair.

The Six in Detail

1. 3rd Screen Digital

3rd Screen has the most SEO-specific published material of any agency in this list. Their service page sets out six named pillars including technical auditing across crawlability, indexation and Core Web Vitals, link building, and optimisation for AI search results in tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI features. They publish SEO case studies with named clients, target keywords and claimed outcomes, and they run an active SEO blog with posts through mid-2026, several written specifically for the Lebanese market. Their local SEO material covers Google Business Profile work and local citations.

  • Best for: a Lebanese business whose customers search locally, or one that wants to be visible in AI answers as well as classic results.
  • Consider elsewhere if: guarantees make you uncomfortable, and they should. Their headline offer is Page 1 Google rankings guaranteed within 3 months. We include them because their published SEO depth is genuine and unusual here, but we would not make that promise ourselves and we do not think anyone can keep it. If you approach them, ask exactly what happens if the guarantee is not met.

2. Bluemoon

Bluemoon runs from Jdeideh in the Metn with a second office in Canada. Their SEO work is tied to the sites they build rather than sold as a standalone retainer, and they publish named project pages linking to the live client sites, which lets you check the result yourself. They also run three pillar-guide hub pages covering search, social and web, and publish new material every few days, which is a reasonable signal that search is a working practice rather than a line item.

  • Best for: Lebanese SMEs, clinics and professional practices wanting the site build and the search work handled by the same team.
  • Consider elsewhere if: you want published outcome data before appointing. Their project pages describe what was delivered rather than what it produced.

3. Fatcowdigital

This is us. We are in Jisr El Wati, Sin El Fil. Our SEO practice covers technical auditing and site health, on-page work, off-page and link building, keyword research and local SEO, and it runs alongside a deep Google Ads practice with Google Partner status held since 2022. In our own case studies the search work and the paid work usually sit on the same account, which is the point: the two channels compete for the same queries and are cheaper to run together than separately.

AI search is a working part of that practice rather than a separate product. We track whether client pages get cited in Google’s AI Overviews and in assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and we measure it rather than assume it. Our own site is cited first in the AI Overview for “top 10 seo companies in lebanon”, ahead of every other agency named there, which is the sort of result we are working toward for clients. Our position on how you get there is the unpopular one: it comes from the same foundations that win classic rankings, not from llms.txt files, content chunking or rewriting pages for machines. Google’s own documentation says as much, and any agency selling those as a separate AI package is selling you something that does not work.

  • Best for: businesses where search is the main growth channel and the same team should be accountable for both the organic and the paid side of it.
  • Consider elsewhere if: you need demonstrated Arabic or French SEO. Our own site is published entirely in English with no Arabic or French version and no hreflang, so if your campaign depends on native Arabic search, ask us for samples rather than take it on trust. Two agencies on this list have that evidence published and we do not.

4. Hovi Digital Lab

Hovi has the strongest multilingual search offer here, and it is specified rather than claimed: Arabic, English and French content production, trilingual URL architecture with hreflang implementation, and technical work covering audits, local search, Google Business Profile and Core Web Vitals. They also carry the most third-party validation of anyone in this list, with eight verified Clutch reviews at 4.9 out of 5 and twelve named case studies.

Two changes are worth knowing, both from their own published timeline. They moved their headquarters from Beirut to Dubai in the first quarter of 2025, and in January 2026 they rebranded as HoviX around AI-driven delivery. Their Beirut Digital District office remains.

  • Best for: a business whose search results depend on Arabic or French quality, or one expanding from Lebanon into the Gulf.
  • Consider elsewhere if: you want a Lebanon-headquartered partner, or you are starting small. Their centre of gravity is now Dubai and the GCC, and their published minimum engagement sits well above entry level.

5. Microbits

Microbits is one of the longer-established names in the Lebanese digital sector, working from Hazmieh with further offices published in the Gulf and the United Kingdom. SEO here sits inside a broader technical practice, which matters more than it sounds: on large sites, portals and applications, most of what limits organic performance is architecture, and an agency that built the platform is better placed to fix it than one auditing from outside.

  • Best for: enterprise sites, portals and applications where the technical layer is the real constraint on organic performance.
  • Consider elsewhere if: Arabic search is your priority. Despite selling into Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, their own site publishes no working Arabic version.

6. Nascode

Nascode works from Sin El Fil with a second Beirut office in Ashrafieh. What separates them is that the engineering is genuinely in-house, with a named stack across .NET, Flutter, Angular, React Native and NodeJS, so if a technical SEO fix requires a platform change it does not become a negotiation with a third party. They publish attributed client testimonials with the person and role named, including Mobilitop, the Children Cancer Center Lebanon, Maliks and Colortek, and they publish in Arabic as well as English.

  • Best for: e-commerce stores, apps and custom platforms where the SEO work and the development work need to be the same conversation.
  • Consider elsewhere if: you want to read documented SEO case studies before appointing. Their testimonials are specific and attributed, but written case studies setting out the work and its outcome were not found.

Strong Lebanese Agencies Where SEO Is Not the Specialism

Several agencies that people expect to find on a list like this are genuinely good, and are not search specialists. Leaving them out entirely would be misleading, and including them as SEO agencies would be worse. So here they are, described accurately.

  • Born Interactive. Thirty years old, and one of the most capable enterprise builders in the region, with documented Adobe Commerce work for names like Spinneys and Saudi Ceramics, plus marketing automation and CRM practices. Their search credential is Google Premier Partner status, which their own announcement frames as Google Ads expertise, meaning paid search. There is no SEO service page, no SEO case study and no SEO content on their site. Excellent choice for an enterprise build or paid media. Not an SEO engagement.
  • Leoceros. The strongest bilingual creative production house in this set, running a full Arabic version of their own site and a large published portfolio of design, motion graphics and campaign work. Their published evidence is weighted toward produced assets rather than search. Go to them when the problem is making the material, not ranking it.
  • WonderEight. A well-known brand and packaging agency, active and producing. SEO appears as a single line in their services menu with no service page behind it, and the only case study describing search work dates from 2018.
  • Koein. A capable build shop with a verified Google Business Profile carrying 2026 reviews. Search engine optimization appears once on their homepage as one item among seven, and their Clutch service focus gives search no share against web development, web design and e-commerce.
  • intouch mena. Real multi-market infrastructure with published offices in Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and a genuine SEO service page covering six sub-disciplines. It does not appear in their published service mix at all, which suggests search supports their campaign work rather than leading it.

How to Tell If an Agency Actually Does SEO

Nearly every agency in Lebanon lists SEO. Far fewer do it. These checks take about ten minutes and they separate the two groups more reliably than any list.

Look for a real service page, not a menu item

An agency that does search has a page explaining how: technical auditing, content, links, local. An agency that does not has the letters “SEO” in a dropdown that goes nowhere. This single check eliminated three well-known names from our shortlist.

Check whether they rank for anything themselves

Search their agency name plus a service term and see what comes back. Then look at whether they publish anything about search at all, and when the newest piece is dated. An SEO agency whose own blog stopped two years ago is telling you something.

Check the language they publish in

If Arabic search matters to your business, look for an Arabic version of the agency’s own site, not a claim on a capabilities slide. Producing Arabic that reads as Arabic rather than as translation is a real skill, and an agency that has never had to do it for itself is learning on your budget.

Ask what happens in month one

A serious answer involves auditing, access, measurement setup and a prioritised list. If the answer is that content starts going out in week one, nobody has looked at your site yet.

Treat guarantees as information

Nobody controls Google’s index. An agency guaranteeing a position is either misunderstanding how ranking works or counting on you to. That does not automatically mean they are bad at the work, and one agency on our own shortlist makes exactly this promise, but it does tell you how they sell, and you should ask what happens when the guarantee is not met.

What to Ask an SEO Agency Specifically

  1. Who gets access to what? You should own Search Console, Analytics and the site itself, with your own logins. An agency that works through its own accounts is holding your data.
  2. What does the first audit cover, and do I get the raw output? Not a summary deck. The actual findings.
  3. How is success measured, and against what baseline? Agree the baseline before work starts, otherwise month six becomes an argument about what the numbers were in month one.
  4. Who writes the content, and do they understand my sector? Search work fails more often on content quality than on technical execution.
  5. What happens to the work if we stop? Content and technical fixes on your own site should stay yours. If anything is hosted on the agency’s infrastructure, find out now.
  6. Can you show me a site you have worked on, and tell me what you changed? Specific answers here are the strongest signal you will get.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which is the best SEO agency in Lebanon?

There is no single best agency, and the honest answer depends on what is holding your site back. If the constraint is your site’s architecture, an agency with real engineering capability will do more than a content-led one. If it is Arabic search visibility, only a handful of Lebanese agencies publish evidence of working in Arabic at all. If it is local visibility, you want an agency that treats Google Business Profile and local citations as core work rather than an afterthought. The six agencies above each suit a different one of those situations, and the table near the top shows which.

Why does this list have six agencies instead of ten?

Because six is where the evidence ran out. We checked every agency from the previous version of this article against three tests: still trading, SEO evidenced rather than listed, and claims that hold up when checked. Two failed the first test, including one whose site has not been updated since 2022. Several strong agencies failed the second, with no SEO service page, no SEO case study and no published search content behind the word on their menu. Rather than pad the list back to ten, we listed those agencies separately and described what they actually do.

How long does SEO take to work in Lebanon?

The same as anywhere, which is longer than most proposals suggest. Technical fixes can register within weeks, but content and authority work compounds over months, with meaningful movement typically appearing from month three and building from there. The Lebanese market is small enough that competitive terms are winnable faster than in larger markets, which cuts the other way too: your competitors can catch up faster.

Should I hire a Lebanese agency or one abroad?

Hire locally when your customers are local, when Arabic or French content quality matters, or when you want people you can meet. Look abroad when you need scale or a specialism that does not exist here. The most common mistake is hiring abroad on price alone and discovering that nobody on the team can evaluate whether the Arabic content is any good.

The Short Answer

If Arabic or French search is what decides your results, Hovi Digital Lab has the clearest published evidence. If your site is large or technically complex, Microbits and Nascode are the two that can change the platform rather than work around it. If your customers search locally, 3rd Screen Digital has the deepest local and AI-search material, with the guarantee caveat above. If you are an SME wanting the build and the search handled together, Bluemoon. And if search is your main growth channel, or you want to know whether AI answers are citing you and what to do about it, that is what we do at Fatcowdigital, and you can start a conversation with us here.

If you are weighing marketing more broadly rather than search specifically, we compare the digital marketing agencies in Lebanon in a separate article. And whichever way you go, take the six questions above into the first meeting.
