Services

Fatcow Digital provides comprehensive digital marketing services including Google Ads (search, display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen), social media marketing, branding, analytics and reporting, and web development.

Payment Terms

  • Digital Marketing Services: Payment is due at the end of each month.
  • One-Time Projects (Web Design and Branding): 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery.

Terms of Service

Project Commencement and Payment

  • Work begins upon receipt of a down payment.
  • Remaining balance is due upon project completion.
  • Websites go live upon completion and clearance of all payments.
  • Monthly fees apply for hosting and domain name registration.

Additional Services

  • Additional services are available for an extra fee, either on a per-service basis or hourly rate.
  • Fees for additional services will be added to the client’s invoice after notification.

Project Delays

  • Delays may occur due to late payments, client-requested changes, additional service requests, or delays in receiving materials from the client.
  • Time frame estimates are approximate.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Fatcow Digital guarantees satisfaction with its services but reserves the right to determine the reasonableness of client requests.
  • Additional services required for satisfaction are not covered under the initial service agreement.

Approved Services

  • Once services are approved by the client, further work on those services will be invoiced accordingly.

Project Completion

  • Projects are marked as “completed” after the delivery date, except for hosting and domain services which are ongoing and depend on client payments.

Refund Policy

  • Clients can request a refund for unused funds, subject to a review by Fatcow Digital.

Digital Marketing Services

Google Ads and Social Media Marketing

Fatcow Digital provides ongoing digital marketing services, including but not limited to Google Ads management (search, display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and social media marketing.

Client Ownership of Digital Assets

  • Clients retain ownership of all digital assets created during the course of the marketing efforts.
  • Upon completion or termination of services, and provided all dues are cleared, clients can request a transfer of their digital assets, including ad accounts, creatives, and any other marketing materials. These assets are the property of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Timely Payments

  • Clients are required to make timely payments as agreed upon in the service contract.
  • Delays in payments can result in a pause or termination of services.

Provision of Materials

  • Clients must provide necessary materials and information for the execution of projects.
  • Delays in providing these materials can affect the project timeline.

Content and Liability

Website Content

  • Fatcow Digital is not responsible for the content of the websites it designs or hosts.
  • Clients are solely responsible for their website content.
  • Website appearance may vary across different platforms and devices.

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Fatcow Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Middle East and the EU.

Termination

  • Services can be terminated by the client with a one-month notice.
  • Fatcow Digital reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment.

Changes to Terms

Fatcow Digital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
