Building a Full Growth Engine for REYN Jewelry
REYN is a fine jewelry house crafting pieces in 18k gold. One Fatcowdigital team runs its tracking, paid media, content, search visibility and store optimization.
The brief
What REYN asked for
REYN designs fine jewelry in 18k gold and sells it online from Jbeil, Lebanon, with worldwide shipping. The brand came to Fatcowdigital to grow its online sales.
REYN wanted one team responsible for the whole path from the first ad to the finished order, so that ads, search, the store and social are planned together. It designs the pieces and shoots its own photos and video, and our team handles everything that follows the shoot.
Who does what
The work
Five areas, run by one team
01
Tracking and reporting
Sales and conversations are traced back to the ads that produced them. We set up the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, added Google Ads conversion tracking, and built a live reporting dashboard that shows ad performance and store results in one view. It refreshes every morning, and REYN can open it at any time to see where the budget is going.
02
Paid media
Meta is the main channel and Google supports it. Fine jewelry is usually bought after someone has seen a piece several times, so most of the budget goes to Meta, while Google Shopping reaches people who already know what they are looking for.
We review performance every week, send a recap every month, and move budget toward the campaigns that are selling.
03
Content and social
REYN shoots its own photos and video. Our team edits and color grades the footage, schedules it and runs the content calendar, so the brand posts consistently on social media and REYN's team keeps its time for design and product.
04
Search visibility
We started with a full technical and on-page audit, then rebuilt the store's SEO foundation: heading structure, structured data, and collection pages written around the words a fine jewelry buyer types.
More than 30 collection pages now carry their own search title and description, along with answers to the questions buyers ask most. REYN reviews and approves each page before it goes live. Google's AI features draw on the same index as its regular results, so this work covers both.
05
Store optimization
Using heatmaps and session recordings, we found where visitors were leaving and reworked those parts of the store: the opening message on the homepage, the trust signals, the product page, and a quicker route from a direct message to a completed order.
