2. Nature of Services
Fatcow Digital offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
Digital Marketing: This encompasses everything from organic to paid posts and SEO.

3. Payment Terms
Web Design & Branding: Payment is structured as half upfront upon signing the agreement and half upon completion. Payments made for these services are refundable if the contract is terminated within three working days.
Digital Marketing: Clients are billed at the end of each billing cycle, typically one month. All services rendered after three working days are billable, non-refundable, and must be paid in full.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Use our services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from any activity that could harm the operations of our services or infringe upon the rights of another party.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual properties that have been fully paid for are owned by the client. Any other intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, are retained by Fatcow Digital or its licensors.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fatcow Digital is not liable for any losses the client might incur due to a campaign not yielding the desired results. However, we commit to continuous optimization and improvement to turn potential losses into profits.
8. Termination of Services
For recurring fee services, either party can terminate the agreement with a one-month notice. If terminated without notice, the client is liable for the full billable cycle. For one-time fee services, clients can terminate within three working days. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Fatcow Digital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
